The Card and Dice Game of Made-Up Band Names
I conceptualized, designed, and developed MockBand as a table game experience that blends creativity with humor. A creative and humorous party game where players generate ridiculous, funny, and often absurd band names from a mix of cards and dice rolls.
The game challenges players to come up with a band name and a backstory using the words on the cards dealt to them, with the added twist of dice determining the genre and number of cards to play.
Watch out for the Wild Cards that opponents may throw your way to disrupt your Band. Whether it’s a punk band called “Dyke Van Dick” or a pop duo named “Ogre Foot,” MockBand sparks creativity, laughter, and lively discussions, making it the perfect game for friends and parties.
